Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You can start with a one time Marketing & Social Review or a 30 day Social Starter engagement. If you need ongoing support, monthly options are available.
Can we start with a smaller project?
Absolutely. The Marketing & Social Review is a one time engagement designed to give you an outside perspective and clear next steps. The Social Starter gives you 30 days of social support without committing to an ongoing monthly engagement.
What happens after I sign up?
We'll start by getting familiar with your business, goals, existing marketing and what you need help with. From there, we'll establish priorities and a plan for the work ahead.
Will I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. We can use Sendible's approval workflow so you can review content before it is published. We can also work from a pre approved content calendar if that works better for your team.
Do you work with an existing marketing team?
Yes. You don't have to hand over your entire marketing function. We can work alongside your existing team, fill a specific gap, or take work off their plate.
What We Do
Do you only do social media?
No. Social happens to be where we spend a lot of our time, but we're marketers first. Depending on your needs and scope, we can also help with messaging, content, websites, email, campaigns and other marketing projects.
Do I have to be a manufacturer to work with Built On Social?
No. Our experience is rooted in industrial and B2B marketing, but our work isn't limited to manufacturers. We work with businesses across industries and tailor the support to what your team actually needs.

Access & Ownership
Do I have to give you my passwords?
In most cases, no. Built On Social uses secure authorization through the social platforms and Sendible, allowing you to grant management access without sharing your passwords.
Who owns my accounts and content?
You do. Clients retain full ownership of their social media accounts, brand assets and content created during the engagement. Built On Social operates as an authorized manager through platform permissions.
What happens when we stop working together?
Your accounts and content remain yours. Any management access provided to Built On Social can be removed, and you retain control of your accounts, content and administrative settings.
